Dino Parc Râșnov is the largest dinosaur theme park in Southeastern Europe and a popular destination for families in Romania. The park spans an area of 3 hectares in a forested zone near the famous medieval Râșnov Fortress. Opened in 2015, the park now hosts over 100 life-sized dinosaur models made of fiberglass and based on the latest scientific research. Visitors can follow an educational path that showcases the evolution of prehistoric creatures over millions of years. Highlights include a 9.5-meter-tall Seismosaurus and a special section featuring animatronic dinosaurs. Beyond the exhibits, the park provides a 9D cinema, playgrounds, treehouses, and interactive displays developed in collaboration with the Geological Institute. It is a destination that successfully blends natural history education with outdoor adventure.
