Start your day in the heart of the old town at the artistic Kaiserbrunnen fountain before visiting the venerable Stiftskirche. After a look at the Renaissance architecture of the Fruchthalle, explore the historical remains of Casimirschloss. At noon, high-quality art awaits you at the Pfalzgalerie. Spend the afternoon relaxing in the Far Eastern flair of the Japanese Garden and finish the tour among colorful flowers and dinosaurs at the Gartenschau.
Explore Kaiserslautern actively by bike. After starting at the Stiftskirche, cycle to the parks in the north. The highlight is the ride through the Palatinate Forest up to the Humbergturm, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view over the city. Return to the Kaiserbrunnen in the old town via the Pfalzgalerie art museum.
By car, you can comfortably reach the various highlights of the city. In the morning, explore the old town around Stiftsplatz. Then drive to the park cluster in the northwest (Japanese Garden & Gartenschau). In the early afternoon, the drive leads into the Palatinate Forest to the Humbergturm for a great view before ending the day culturally at the Pfalzgalerie museum.
