The municipality of Roman celebrated the 16th edition of the Roman City Days between May 16 and 21, 2026. The program featured various cultural, artistic, and religious events dedicated to the local community.
Roman is an ancient Moldavian city located at the junction of the Siret and Moldova rivers, serving as a historical gateway between different regions of eastern Romania. Named after its founder, Prince Roman I Mușat, the city flourished as a major military and religious center.
