The Brühl area is located on the western edge of the municipality of Eschen in Liechtenstein's extensive Rhine Valley plain at an altitude of approximately 450 meters. Historically, this plain was characterized by swampland, which only became usable through extensive drainage and land improvement projects in the 19th and 20th centuries. Today, Brühl forms an important link between the residential areas at the base of the Eschnerberg slopes and the agricultural and industrial areas in the valley. A central element of the region is the Sportpark Eschen-Mauren, which was officially inaugurated in 1975 and serves as the home ground for USV Eschen/Mauren. The location is characterized by modern infrastructure, where proximity to the main transport axis towards Bendern and Feldkirch increases its economic attractiveness. For the local population, the area also functions as an important recreation zone with direct paths leading to the Rhine embankment.
