Winnipeg Logistics Hub (Canada)

Weather…

The Winnipeg Logistics Hub, known as CentrePort Canada, is North America's largest inland port and a critical node for continental trade. Spanning approximately 20,000 acres, the facility provides direct access to three major class-1 railways (CP, CN, and BNSF) and features a 24/7 global cargo airport. Its strategic location at the intersection of major north-south and east-west trade corridors efficiently connects Canadian producers with markets in the United States, Mexico, and Asia. The hub holds Foreign Trade Zone status, offering significant tax advantages and customs simplifications for resident businesses. This massive infrastructure encourages the establishment of industrial and logistics companies, creating thousands of jobs in Manitoba. Winnipeg is thus leveraging its historical role as the 'Gateway to the West' to transform into a modern centerpiece of global supply chains.
