Palas Iași is a multifunctional building complex located in the historical center of Iași, Romania, which officially opened in May 2012. With a total area of approximately 270,000 square meters, it represents the first 'lifestyle center' project in Romania, blending retail units, Class A office spaces, hotels, and cultural facilities. The project was developed in the immediate vicinity of the monumental Palace of Culture and includes a vast public garden of about 50,000 square meters, landscaped on the site of the former princely courts. The architecture of the complex integrates modern glass and steel structures with the historical surroundings, significantly modernizing the urban landscape of Iași. The complex houses over 270 shops, a multiplex cinema, and an underground parking lot with 2,500 spaces. The total investment for this ambitious project exceeded 265 million euros, making it a major economic hub for the region.
