Production is deliberately kept small, allowing for meticulous attention to detail and resulting in wines with a unique character that truly reflects the Gozitan terroir. A visit to Tal-Massar is an intimate and highly personal experience. Tours are often led by the owner himself and are scheduled for the late afternoon to take advantage of the beautiful sunset views over the vineyard. After a walk through the vines and an explanation of the winemaking philosophy, guests are treated to a tasting of the limited-production wines, perfectly paired with local Gozitan snacks. Visits are by appointment only, ensuring an exclusive and memorable experience for wine lovers.
