- Access is via a 15-20 minute walk through the Osejava forest park from Makarska. Wear sturdy shoes, not flip-flops.
- This is an unofficial clothing-optional (FKK/naturist) beach. Be prepared for this and be respectful of other beachgoers.
- There are absolutely no facilities on the beach. Bring everything you need: plenty of water, snacks, and sun protection.
- Come early in the morning to avoid the biggest crowds and fully enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and clear water.
- The beach is made of pebbles. Water shoes can make walking into the sea more comfortable.
🍽 Gastro
The best place to eat is right on the beach. Buy some fresh fruit, bread, and cheese from the market in Makarska for a perfect picnic.
After your beach time, enjoy the catch of the day grilled at one of the 'konoba' taverns in Makarska or nearby Tučepi.
Find a wine bar in Makarska and try a platter of local cured ham (pršut) and cheese, served with olive oil.

Dalmatia is famous for its lavender. You'll find everything from lavender oil to small scented sachets at stalls along the Makarska waterfront.
The path to the beach itself is a quiet retreat. Take your time and enjoy the scent of pine trees and the sound of cicadas as you walk through the forest.
After heavy rains or during the spring, a small waterfall crashes down the cliffs directly onto the beach, creating a unique and peaceful backdrop.
Walk to the far ends of the beach to find a more secluded spot among the large rocks, perfect for a bit of privacy.
