At the heart of the estate is a stud farm founded in 1779 by the noble Vojnić family, boasting a tradition of over two centuries in breeding elite horses. The grounds include a valuable dendrological park and an artificial lake of approximately 250 hectares, created by damming the Krivaja River. The 5-kilometer-long lake is used for both irrigation and as a recreational area for fishing and swimming. Within the complex lies a horse breeding museum, the only one of its kind in Serbia, showcasing the history of equestrianism and the numerous trophies won by Zobnatica-bred horses. The central manor's architecture reflects the neoclassical style of the 19th century, surrounded by modern stables and a harness racing track. The park also serves as a crucial habitat for various waterfowl species, enhancing the biodiversity of the northern Bačka agricultural landscape.
