Founded in 1966, the plant was fully modernized after privatization in 1999, becoming a center of excellence for Duster and Logan production. The industrial complex in Mioveni integrates every manufacturing stage, from stamping and bodywork to final assembly and engine and transmission production. With a production capacity of more than 350,000 vehicles per year, Dacia Mioveni exports over 90% of its output to more than 44 countries. The plant uses more than 800 next-generation robots to ensure precision and quality, while also serving as the largest private employer in Argeș County and a key driver of Romania's GDP.
