The Dacia plant in Mioveni, near Pitești, is the heart of Romania's automotive industry and one of Renault Group's most efficient production sites worldwide. Founded in 1966, the plant was fully modernized after privatization in 1999, becoming a center of excellence for Duster and Logan production. The industrial complex in Mioveni integrates every manufacturing stage, from stamping and bodywork to final assembly and engine and transmission production. With a production capacity of more than 350,000 vehicles per year, Dacia Mioveni exports over 90% of its output to more than 44 countries. The plant uses more than 800 next-generation robots to ensure precision and quality, while also serving as the largest private employer in Argeș County and a key driver of Romania's GDP.
