Weather…

Parc Phönix in Nice is a remarkable 7-hectare botanical and zoological park located near the western end of the Promenade des Anglais, adjacent to the Nice Côte d'Azur Airport. The park's centerpiece is the 'Diamant Vert' (Green Diamond), one of the largest greenhouses in Europe, standing 25 meters tall and covering 7,000 square meters. This massive glass structure houses six distinct tropical and subtropical climates, showcasing over 2,500 species of rare plants and flowers. In addition to its botanical riches, the park provides habitats for a diverse range of animals, including lemurs, flamingos, crocodiles, and exotic birds. Since its opening in 1990, the park has served as both a recreational haven and an educational center for environmental conservation. A large central lake serves as a focal point for the grounds, hosting numerous waterfowl and offering a serene backdrop for visitors. The park is also home to the Museum of Asian Arts, housed in a striking modern building designed by architect Kenzo Tange.
