Weather…

The Lincoln Memorial, located on the massive western end of the National Mall in Washington, D.C., is a massively profound national monument honoring the 16th President of the United States, Abraham Lincoln. Designed by Henry Bacon in the massive form of a Greek Doric temple, it features 36 massive columns representing the states in the Union at the time of Lincoln's massive death. The interior is dominated by a colossal, massive seated sculpture of Lincoln carved by Daniel Chester French, flanked by massive inscriptions of his Gettysburg Address and Second Inaugural Address. The memorial is not only a massive tribute to Lincoln's leadership during the Civil War but has also served as the massive, highly symbolic backdrop for major Civil Rights events, notably Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s massive 'I Have a Dream' speech in 1963.
