Uludağ
Uludağ, meaning 'Great Mountain,' is Turkey’s most prominent winter sports hub. Standing at 2,543 meters, it gives world-class ski slopes, luxury hotels, and a bustling nightlife during the winter months. A highlight is the Bursa Teleferik, one of the world's longest cable car lines, providing spectacular views of the forests and city below. In summer, Uludağ transforms into a haven for hikers, campers, and nature lovers looking for cool mountain air away from the heat. The mountain is a protected National Park with diverse flora and fauna. A trip here is ideally combined with exploring the city of Bursa and tasting its legendary Iskender Kebab. Access is easy via the cable car or a well-paved mountain road from Bursa.
