Dubki is located in Sestroretsk, a suburb of Saint Petersburg, and houses one of Russia's oldest parks, founded by Peter the Great. The place captivates with its combination of natural heritage and maritime flair on the Baltic Sea. A popular attraction is Fox Beach, an expansive sandy beach along the Gulf of Finland, which attracts many swimmers and kitesurfers in summer. The landscape is defined by centuries-old oaks and pine forests, inviting long walks. There are numerous sanatoriums and recreational facilities in the area that take advantage of the healthy sea air. Local gastronomy ranges from traditional Russian teahouses to modern fish restaurants. Accessibility from Saint Petersburg is very good, either by car or by suburban train to Sestroretsk station, from where Dubki Park is easily reachable on foot.
